Juanita’s Burritos began as a small family effort. The owners’ published story describes a 17-hour trip to Texas to buy a trailer, followed by another 17-hour drive home and the work of turning it into a custom food truck.

The business remains family owned and operated, with a focus on Pueblo-style food, including green chile, salsa and the burritos that started it all.
